Please contact us to enquire about overseas delivery charges. For orders outside of Singapore, your order will be subjected to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in your chosen country, which are levied at the time the package clears customs. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we have no control over these charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
All our deliveries are trackable. Once your order has shipped out, we will email you the tracking number. Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number within 2 days of order confirmation. For international deliveries, please contact us if your purchase is still undelivered after 14 days.
Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be entertained unless the products are defective or incorrect.
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once you have been received a confirmation email from us. This is because our orders are processed immediately after confirmation so we can get them to you as soon as possible.

All packages will be delivered in #INVISIBLEBAG, which is made of a water-soluble and biodegradable combination of Polyvinyl Alcohol (known as PVA), starch, glycerin and water. We also use eco-friendly ink, which does not contain heavy-metal ions or benzene. Proven non-toxic, #INVISIBLEBAG does not have chronic toxicity or estrogen, and is non-harmful to the environment.
As #INVISIBLEBAG is water-soluble and hydrophilic, please remember not to expose it to rain and carry an umbrella to protect both the bag and its carried items. When it meets condensation or light raindrops, the bag will not break apart abruptly, however, its tensile strength will be slowly decreasing. A small splash of fresh water will not affect the loading capacity (3-4 kg in normal conditions), though its appearance will look softened and wrinkled. But if exposed to heavy rain, its strength and structure will quickly weaken and will tear apart.

Promo Codes are entered in the “Discount Code” field during checkout. However, do note the Promo Code’s validity and terms and conditions which may be found on the Promo Code link. Promo Codes also cannot be applied to an order after it has been made.

Purchase and Expiry of Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased online here. Gift cards are offered in the following values: S$ 20, S$ 50, S$ 100, S$ 200. Purchased Gift Card are sent to the recipient via email. Terms and Conditions are as follows:
- Gift Cards are valid for 1 Year from the date of purchase
- Gift Cards are redeemable only on our Website
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-extendable
- Gift Cards will not be replaced if it is stolen or lost. Treat it like cash!
Tiny Dots Wonder reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or freeze and Gift Card suspected of fraud, issued in a wrong denomination, or if the account holder violates any of our other policies.
How do I use my Gift Card?
Key in the Gift Card code at the Checkout in the “Discount Code” field. Your final checkout amount will update itself automatically.
Please check that the value of your Gift Card has been offset from your Order Amount before proceeding with payment. Gift Cards cannot be applied to an order after it has been made.
