We do this via various digital marketing networks and ad exchanges, and we also use technologies such as web beacons, pixels, ad tags, cookies, etc. as well as services offered by other websites and social media networks such as Facebook Custom Audience.

The banners and ads you see will be based on information we hold about you or out you or your previous use of our website (such as, your Tiny Dots Wonder search history, the contents you read on our website, and/or the Tiny Dots Wonder banners and ads that you previously clicked on).

 

Your information and countries outside Singapore

We are building a global business with operations in and out of Singapore. We use suppliers, logistics, and fulfilment centres around the world. Not all these locations will offer the same level of protection for your personal data as Singapore. Rest assured that if we transfer your information to one of these locations, we will take steps to ensure that your data and rights are protected through methods approved within the relevant Data Protection laws.

 

Keeping your information

We will only keep your information for as long as you are a customer. If you have not logged on to our website for 3 years, we will delete your information from our databases. If you do not wish to be a customer, you can also contact us to request that we delete all the information we have on you.

If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account, or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.
